How mats ship

  • Mats ship in a protective polybag by default. Karen pads the folds to prevent creasing, and has never had a creasing complaint from a customer using this method.
  • If you'd prefer your mat arrives in a cardboard tube, that's available at an additional postage charge — just ask when you place your order.
  • Karen ships from Frisco, Texas via USPS, and walks orders to the post office every day with no shipping delay on her end.
  • You'll receive a tracking number once your mat is on its way.
